* Note on data security and transfer: Data transfer to a new device is carried out with the utmost care. However, taking into account the technical limitations of different operating systems (iOS / Android), damaged memory sectors, forgotten passwords, or unsupported apps, there is a possibility that certain data (such as third-party app credentials or unsynchronized chats) may not be 100% transferable. The client is notified in advance before work begins.
* Note on accounts and passwords: Full transfer of data and apps to a new device requires access to your existing accounts (Google, Apple ID, email, WhatsApp). If passwords are forgotten and access recovery or new account registration is needed, this requires additional time and is billed under the standard hourly rate (10 € / 15 min). Without account access, transferring certain data may be technically limited.
* Recommendation before the visit: To save time and costs, please charge both devices (at least 50%), prepare their chargers, and locate your existing passwords (including your home Wi-Fi password) before the technician arrives. If the old phone has a damaged or unresponsive screen, please notify us in advance — transferring data typically requires on-screen confirmation, and if the screen does not function, transfer without prior repair or cloud synchronization may not always be technically possible.
